The "5-Day Vacation Raffle" (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of any state who are 23 years of age or older at the time of entry.

​

Employees of Jackie J Consulting and/or Country Boy Service, their family members, and persons living in the same household are eligible to participate.

​

Prize Details:

1. The prize consists of a 5-Day Vacation to Myrtle Beach SC. The vacation getaway includes accommodations ONLY, entrant is solely responsible for traveling expenses and no travel expenses will be considered for reimbursement.

2. The prize dates are non-transferable once selected and confirmed.

3. Must provide at least a 7-day advance notice for date selection

4. Peak season is excluded, travel dates are as follows (03/01/2024-05/31/2024) or (09/03/2024-12/31/2024) and subject to availability

Winner Selection/Claiming the Prize:

1. The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.

2. The winner will be notified via email and text

3. If prize is not claimed within 72 hours a new winner will be selected. NO exceptions

4. The winner must respond to the winner notification and provide any required information and documentation. Failure to do so may result in disqualification resulting in the selection of an alternative winner. 

5. If Cash prize is preferred this must be noted on entry form at time of submission, under question "What prize are you entering for?"

6. Prize is non-transferrable once selected.

7. Default prize is 5 Day Vacation unless otherwise noted.

Publicity Release:

1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to grant Jackie J Consulting the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional/advertising purposes without further compensation.

General Conditions:

1. Jackie J Consulting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason.

2. If giveaway does not meet it's reserved amount, the sponsor reserves the right to extend the contest until the reserve has been fulfilled.  

3. Jackie J Consulting is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunctions of the electronic entry process.

Release and Limitations of Liability:

1. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Jackie J Consulting and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to their participation in the contest.
